Club activities
Our Jewish center carries out club activities. Along with traditional events for community members, there are children's and youth clubs.
AJT JUNIOR is a Sunday children's club for so-called juniors – children aged 5-12.
In our club, in a light, playful way, children take their first steps into the world of Jewish tradition, and in a relaxed atmosphere, they gain Jewish knowledge (this is how we combine the concepts of holidays, traditions with their meanings and significance), so that in the future they can freely feel like part of the community.
AJT JUNIOR gives children the opportunity to:
- Zdemonstrate your talents and skills by participating in regular creative workshops and off-site events
- Zdevelop your athletic and intellectual abilities in exciting games and activities
- Zfind true friends among peers in the community

Keren team is a modern youth club that promotes socialization of teenagers and young people. In our club there is an opportunity to learn something new, develop yourself and share knowledge with others.
In the Keren team, teenagers and young people have the opportunity to acquire new skills and grow in the direction that is interesting to them, share their knowledge and abilities with others. Moreover, each member of the club has the opportunity to open up, demonstrate their leadership qualities, lead a project that is close to them in theme and spirit.
- ZAccess to education and new skills
- ZUseful acquaintances
- ZParticipation in projects and trips
- ZParticipation in seminars, festivals and volunteer events

Last Sunday, a special event took place in Hesed: members of the MISHPACHA family club (the middle age group of the community) united with the kids from the AJT Junior children's club to prepare for the upcoming Rosh Hashanah holiday. 🍯 Gathered around one large table, they not only remembered the holiday traditions, but also took part in a culinary master class, where they baked aromatic pastries from apples and honey - the main symbols of the holiday, which carry the wish for a sweet and kind New Year. 💙 The atmosphere of the master class was filled with joy, love and care for each other. In Jewish culture, food has always been an important channel for transmitting values and traditions, a way to strengthen ties between generations. 💫 This event was a wonderful example of how the community unites people of different ages. Children and adults worked together, learned from each other, shared experiences and emotions. 🔯After all, a community is a big family, in which everyone is important and in which strength lies in the unity of generations. https://vox.jct.md/kulinarniy-master-klass-k-rosh-a-shana-125 #JDC #AJTTIR #mishpahaclub #roshashana
👋The other day, a warm and symbolic event "Summer, Lehitraot" took place in our children's club AJT JUNIOR. ☀️The children, together with the invited volunteer Sofia, recalled their brightest moments of the passing summer, shared their impressions and made plans for the fall and the approaching New Year - Rosh Hashanah. 🪢The meeting ended with a creative activity: the children made bracelets as a keepsake for themselves and their friends - as a symbol of friendship, joy and new beginnings. 🤝We thank the Volunteer Center RVC for their help in holding the event and photo support. https://vox.jct.md/leto-lehitraot #JDC #RVC #AJTTIR #jewish
💙Young members of the community from the AJT Junior children's club celebrated the Tu B'Av holiday creatively and with love. On this day, the children decided to please their loved ones with delicious gifts prepared with their own hands. 🍕The main surprise was a fragrant pizza, into which they put a piece of their soul and a sea of warmth. 👨👩👦👦 Such a gift became a delicious symbol of care, attention and love for the dearest people. #JDC #AJTTIR #jewishtraditions
💫Another Sunday meeting at the AJT Junior children's club was dedicated to Rosh Chodesh of the month of Av. The children talked about the features and limitations of this difficult time, shared their thoughts and observations. 🦁As part of the lesson, a creative master class was held: the participants sculpted the symbol of the month - Leo - from sculptural plasticine. ✡️The lesson turned out to be educational, symbolic and exciting at the same time. #AJTTIR #JDC #Jewish #jewishtradition
🎨Today, the AJT children's club held a master class on applied arts. Together with a volunteer from the Volunteer Center RVC, our juniors created three-dimensional applications from paper and plasticine on the theme of "Tree". ✡️During the work, the children not only developed fine motor skills, but also thought about the similarity of a person with a tree - about how important it is to strengthen and nourish the roots in order to bear good fruit over time. ✨️This symbolic master class coincided with the opening of the Mishpacha family club, and children's crafts became warm gifts for parents - as a sign of the connection between generations and the strengthening of family traditions. 🤝We thank the Volunteer Center for the photo. #JDC #AJTTIR #jewishtradition
Today, at the AJT kids' club, the kids discussed an important topic — the fast of 17 Tammuz. The juniors talked about the meaning of this day, the restrictions associated with it, and the events that took place on this date. In the second part of the meeting, the participants made fans to escape the heat. And the reward for their efforts was refreshing ice cream 🍦 #JDC #AJTTIR #jewishhistory #jewishtradition
Today, our AJT JUNIOR children's club hosted a real holiday of adventures - the Day of Treasure Hunt and Secrets, which the children will remember for a long time! 🎉 The team of adventurers was looking forward to the start of an exciting quest with riddles, tasks and secrets. Juniors received clues, each task was part of a puzzle where it was necessary to show ingenuity and team spirit. Laughing and rejoicing at every trace found, the children were step by step approaching the main goal. 🏆 🍬And finally, a cache of "treasures" - sweets and treats - was found! After a sweet feast, the children watched their favorite cartoon about Jewish culture and traditions "The Secret Room" @rabbiman_kidstvshow and discussed how each completed the tasks. 💃And at the end of the holiday, a disco began with cheerful music and fiery dancing until you drop! ✡️It was fun, noisy and very friendly! Such events not only give joy, but also teach children to think, search, work in a team, feel support and, of course, have fun together. #AJTTIR #hesedclub
The day before, on the picturesque bank of the Dniester, representatives of all ages of our Community gathered for a family picnic in honor of the Shavuot holiday! 💫 On this day, we were united by a festive meal with traditional dairy treats, fiery songs, group dances, active games in the fresh air and warm, sincere communication. All this gave each participant incredibly bright emotions and unforgettable impressions! 🔯The participation of people of different generations gave a special atmosphere to the holiday: interaction, exchange of experience, consolidation of the Community and the transfer of traditions are exactly the important things that make us stronger, closer to each other and help preserve our cultural heritage. ❤️We thank everyone who came, created the mood and supported the festive spirit! Chag Shavuot Sameach! #JDC #AJTTIR #Jewish #shavout
