Emergency assistance
The program is designed to meet the special needs of our clients, as well as to provide them with assistance in emergency situations. The provision and volume of emergency assistance is regulated, taking into account the income of those applying for assistance, by the emergency assistance commission that operates.

- ZPayment for medical examinations
- ZPayment for dental services
- ZPurchase of equipment for individual use
- ZPurchase of plumbing equipment
- ZPurchase of household appliances
- ZPayment of outstanding utility bills
- ZBuying winter clothes and shoes
Children's Emergency Aid Program
Types of assistance:
- ZPurchasing medicines
- ZExamination in a medical institution or hospitalization
- ZPurchase of medical equipment for individual use
- ZPayment for dental services
- ZPurchase of household goods (washing machine, stove, refrigerator and others that directly meet the child's needs)
- ZPayment of utility debts
- ZBuying winter clothes and shoes
The Children's Emergency Services Program (DSOS) provides assistance to at-risk children under 18 years of age who are in special or emergency situations. Assistance is provided in kind, in the form of goods or services.
